The top three figures show results for 2006 only while the bottom three include data for the years 2005–2013. Each point represents a single MSA whose value of T is plotted against (a) nominal per capita personal income, (b) real per capita GDP and (c) home purchase index. The x-axis is logarithmic in each case.
