Abstract
This paper outlines a hierarchical model for managing conference websites taking the websites of the various congresses of Econometric Society as the concrete case, and discusses some steps in implementation. The issue of timely "clusters" of the various regional meetings is integrated with the website and the journal publications by comparing website information and venue information and drawing implications of the economic theory of rent.
