1is vice president of creative services at Ubisoft and has been with the company since 2002. Allen's responsibilities include leading a creative team in producing the company's design and advertising. Prior to joining Ubisoft, Allen held creative management positions at The 3DO Company and Galoob Toys, a division of Hasbro. Allen began his career as a designer working on projects for such clients as Coca Cola, RCA and Nestle. He later joined Mattel Toys, where he was instrumental in a significant redesign of the Barbie line packaging, creating what has become famously known as the "pink wall." Allen has consistently played a major role in shaping imaginative, creative solutions for numerous national brands by structuring activities to meet business and financial goals. Allen earned a BFA at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.
Abstract
