Sue Lees teaches at the new Women's Studies Unit at the Polytechnic of North London. She is the author of Learning to Love (Hutchinson, 1986) and of various articles on sexuality. She is a member of the Islington Women's Committee.
Mary McIntosh teaches Sociology at Essex University. She is co-author, with Michele Barrett, of The Anti-Social Family and of articles on women and the state. She is on the editorial collective of Feminist Review.
