'Putting Ideas into Their Heads': Advising the Young
Jane Cousins Mills wrote Make It Happy: What Sex Is All About in 1979 (published under the name Jane Cousins). She is currently rewriting this as Make It Happy, Make It Safe to take on board the issues of AIDS and child sexual abuse. It will be published by Penguin in 1988. A writer and a film-maker, she is currently making a documentary film about Jean Seberg and writing Woman-Words, a feminist vocabulary, to be published by Longmans and Virago Press.
