Nursing Histories: Reviving Life in Abandoned Selves

Thank you to Heather Berkeley who generously applied her exceptional editorial skills to the finaf drafts of this writing. I would also like to thank Susannah Radstone, Mica Nava and the readers from Feminist Review for the thoughtful and full-of-care reading I think the piece received. Given the nature of what I am writing about this is hard to come by - for the most part readers get overwhelmed by the content and are unable to integrate their emotional response with a critique of the piece.
