Journals selected for coverage by Thomson Reuters
We are delighted to announce that three Palgrave Macmillan journals have been selected for coverage by Thomson Reuters. Contemporary Political Theory and Polity have been accepted for coverage in the Social Science Citation Index and Information Visualization has been accepted for inclusion in 'Science Citation Index Expanded' and 'Current Contents/Engineering, Computing and Technology' in the sub category 'Computer Science, Software Engineering'.

Top of pageNew Journal for Palgrave Macmillan: BioSocieties
Palgrave Macmillan, the academic publishing division of Macmillan Publishers Ltd, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) announced today that Palgrave Macmillan will publish BioSocieties on behalf of the LSE. The journal was previously published by Cambridge University Press, who will complete publication of Volume 4 (2009). The first volume to be published by Palgrave Macmillan will be Volume 5, beginning in March 2010.

Top of pageNew Official IMF Research Journal: IMF Economic Review
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has announced that its official research journal, IMF Staff Papers, will be succeeded in mid-2010 by a new, significantly enhanced and redesigned research publication - IMF Economic Review.
IMF Economic Review will be dedicated to publishing peer-reviewed, high-quality academic research on open economy macroeconomics. It aspires to publish the leading research and authors in the field. Given the IMF’s unique position, this journal will be required reading for everyone interested in questions related to global economic policies, open economy macroeconomics, and international finance and trade.
IMF Economic Review, 2010, published quarterly, will publish its first issue in the second half of 2010.
A 2010 subscription will comprise four issues: two issues of IMF Staff Papers (Volume 57, issues 1-2); followed by the first two issues of IMF Economic Review (Volume 58, issues 1-2).
