He has worked in revenue management for six years and this was preceded by four years in customer service both front line and strategic planning. Educated in business and finance his first management role was in the retail and Leisure sector before moving to the transport sector.

Abstract

The future of revenue management: retail vs service sectors. Deployment of end to end revenue management systems and processes is the next step in the practices evolution. The author has been developing revenue management systems and processes for the past six years.
