1is the VP, Profit Optimisation for SAS. In this newly created position, Steve will build and lead a team that will take the analytical and predictive power of SAS and apply it to revenue management, pricing, CRM and distribution to create 'Profit Optimisation Systems' that optimise profits both within and between these different disciplines in all industries. Before joining SAS, Steve was Corporate VP RM for Harrah's Casinos and Hotels for almost 6 years. Steve also held Director and Vice President positions at Princess Cruises, Club Med, American Airlines, SABRE, PROS and OPUS2.
